TUITION: Tuition Payments may be paid in Full, Two Installments per year or divided into 10 Automatic Payments made monhly. The first installment due upon registration. Monthly Installments will be automatically deducted from a checking account or credit card provided on the 25th of each month starting September 25, 2010. Payments are final and there are no refunds for cancellation.
If paying in Two Installments, the first installment is due upon registration, the second will be automatically deducted on January 8th from an authorized checking or credit card account, a $10.00 discount per class will apply for payments received before August 15, 2010.
Payments received for full tuition by August 15, 2010 can be reduced by $20 per class. There is a $25.00 Fee for any returned checks or for non sufficient funds. The Dance Haven reserves the right to dismiss any student whose tuition is not being paid. Dancers will not be allowed to dance for accounts past due. The Dance Haven relies on our tuition fees to run our business efficiently, so that the students receive top quality dance education. We appreciate your timely payments, your business and cooperation.

REGISTRATION FEES: Returning students who register before June 30th, 2010 for the 2010/2011 Regular Season there is no Registration Fee per student. New or Returning students who register before September 1st, 2010 the registration fee is $15.00. Students who enroll after September 1st, there is a $25.00 Registration Fee per Student. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Family Tuition Breaks are applied as follows: Two or more siblings or parents enrolled will receive a $5.00 discount on monthly installments or a $50.00 discount on the total tuition if paid by August 15th, 2010. Three or more siblings enrolled will receive $10.00 discount on monthly installments or a $100.00 discount on the total tuition if paid by August 15th, 2010.
Regular Season Tuition Costs Per Student: Calculate tuition by adding the total number of hours of lessons per week per dancer. The more hours you study, the less you pay per hour. A written notice of withdrawal must be received prior to installment due date to avoid a $25.00 withdrawal fee due to extra costs of bookkeeping. TUITION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Private / Make Up Lessons:

Private lessons are available to learn routine combinations missed due to class absence, for extra technique help, or for dancers that have not learned choreography in time.
Opening & Closing Number Practice Fees: Open Auditions for our opening and closing numbers will be held in November for intermediate/advanced students ages 11 and up. All students must be available for additional practice once a week from November to June. No more than three absences are allowed. All RDT students and Competition Students are required to participate at No Additional Tuition Cost. Tuition Costs will be recalculated for those who wish to participate and applied to installment plan. Opening Number may be competed in local competitions.
Dance Fitness Classes:
1 HR $10.00
A Class will not be held with less then 2 people in class.
8 week session rates
1 class = $75
2 classes = $150
3 classes = $210
COSTUMES & FEES: A costume payment per subject or recital number(ex: Opening Number) will be due November/December. Costume prices range from 40.00 to $100.00. A costume cannot be ordered without a costume payment; therefore, we will assume that a student is not planning to participate in the annual recital. Performance is considered the final phase of the year’s dance training, as we recommend all our students to dance in the show, we realize that sometimes it is not possible. Please be sure to communicate any questions or concerns to your child’s instructor. Tights and Undergarements are also required and will be ordered through The Dance Haven. Information will be provided regarding requirements.
